THE BENEFITS

Yes, whey protein has many health benefits. Whey has been found to support immune function, promote increased lean body mass, and provide the raw materials for the body to make the critical antioxidant glutathione.

When should I start feeling a change or difference?
While no two people are the same, most users notice a change in how they feel right away.

Can Kaizen World’s Finest Whey Protein help my body detoxify?
Put simply, yes. How does it do this? Well, I will explain …
Most all-chronic degenerative disease has at its roots toxicity. Resurrecting the body’s production of glutathione is a dynamic key to cellular and whole-body detoxification. Using an undamaged Whey Protein Powder such as Kaizen World’s Finest Whey, delivers high amounts of the two key peptides gamma-glutamyl-cysteine and cystine. Once these peptides are absorbed through the intestines and into your cells, they fuel glutathione production.
Glutathione then goes to work to eliminate mercury, heavy metals and virtually all toxins. Glutathione neutralises free radicals, thereby stopping cell damage and inflammation. This makes every other tissue of the body function more youthfully, which can help you to look and feel younger.
Glutathione also helps increase endurance for your mind and muscles. The optimal level of intracellular glutathione is 10%. But due to toxicity and ageing this is not happening. With undamaged whey protein powder, you supply your body with the highest dietary source of the building blocks for glutathione production and therefore detoxication materials.

What is the difference between Whey Protein Concentrate & Whey Protein Isolate?
Whey protein concentrate is 80% protein and 20% lactose, minerals and fats. It still contains the immunoglobulins, lactoferrin and glycomacropeptide, all valuable health giving proteins. With Whey protein isolate the whey is put through a high-speed filtration system that further denatures the whey and removes these valuable proteins. So whey protein isolate is the hardest to digest and puts a toxic burden on the body. It is inferior to whey protein concentrate. See our Unique page.

Normal Whey Protein makes me bloated and gives me gut issues after I take it, will Kaizen World's Finest Whey do the same?
The reason people experience gas, wind, bloating or gut pain after taking conventional protein powders is because most are full of highly allergenic and inflammatory ingredients such as fillers, binders, sweeteners and flavouring, combined with the fact that the protein powder has been heat sterilised (pasteurised) which denatures the protein and amino acids which makes them toxic and extremely hard for the body to digest. Kaizen World's Finest Whey has no fillers, binders, sweeteners or flavours. It is never heated, treated, flavoured or coloured. It is a pure as can be. This means your body can recognise the protein powder and easily digest, assimilate, metabolise and eliminate it. To prove this we tested Kaizen World's Finest Whey on people who previously reported major gut issues after consuming protein powders, and all of them reported zero gut issues after taking Kaizen World's Finest Whey.
*Everybody is unique, and if you have severe gut issues you may need to do a gut healing protocol before taking Kaizen World's Finest Whey.
