Add Kaizen Whey Protein to water, milk or smoothie.
If blending, we recommend low speed for optimum results.
Best stirred, can be added to smoothie bowls and cold breakfasts.

Kaizen Whey is naturally creamy and delicious.
You can add a natural sweetener such as, Maple Syrup, Honey,
Kakadu Plum Syrup or Stevia. Fresh Blueberries, Strawberries and dates are also great.

For Healthy Men aged 18 – 35 we recommend 1/2 – 1 scoop daily 3-5 days per week.

You can use Kaizen Whey to make up your protein intake if it is not substantial.

For Healthy Men aged 35 + we recommend 1 scoop daily 4 – 7 days per week.

For Healthy Women aged 18 – 35 we recommend 1/2 scoop daily 3-5 days per week.

For Healthy Women aged 35 + we recommend 1 scoop daily 4 – 7 days per week.

For Men aged 18 – 35 we recommend 1-2 scoops on training days ideally within 30 minutes of workout.
