A very different Whey
The problem with all other Whey Protein Powders available on the market today is that they undergo 1 to 2 heat sterilisation/pasteurisation steps. These Whey Protein Powders are first heat sterilised/pasteurised at 161 degrees for 15 seconds as milk. Then the milk is fermented into cheese and the liquid Whey is separated from the cheese curd. This liquid Whey is then heated sterilised/pasteurised again at 161 degrees for 15 seconds. Then if the manufacturer is producing the concentrate of Whey Protein, the liquid Whey goes through a number of processing steps taking out 99% of the fat and almost all of the lactose, so that an 80% protein concentration will be achieved. If the producer is making a Whey Protein isolate, extra processing steps are necessary to remove even more lactose and other health-benefitting proteins to achieve a protein concentration of 90%.These processing steps vary but they do rely on denaturation. (Denaturation of proteins involves the disruption and possible destruction of both the secondary and tertiary structures). The least beneficial are Whey Protein isolates due to the extra high pressure processing steps. This subjects the Whey to further denature and the removal of essential immunoglobulins which are proteins that your immune system produces. When your body is exposed to germs, it creates unique antibodies which are specifically designed to eliminate only those germs. For both Whey Protein isolates and concentrates, the 2 steps of heat sterilisation together with several processing methods result in different degrees of deformation also known as denaturing of the protein structures and amino acids, which makes them not solely useless to your body, but they actually become poisonous…demanding your liver and kidneys to work overtime in order to expel them as waste. Denatured Whey Proteins in your digestive tract and your bodily system lack the enzymes to break down these harmful denatured proteins…then the proteins will experience putrefaction (the process of decay or rotting in a body or other organic matter), which causes constipation, gas and bloating. Being incapable to properly digest denatured proteins is the principal reason why numerous consumers report gas, constipation and bloating after having consumed Whey Protein Powders. Every health conscious person, athlete, bodybuilder and sports enthusiast should see by now that standard whey or casein protein powders are inferior and burdening your gut health!
All Whey Protein Powders claiming to be non-denatured are simply not! All manufacturers have heat sterilised their products normally twice at 161 degrees. Don’t forget, it takes 118 degrees for amino acids beginning to deform, which destroys beneficial bacteria, enzymes, immunoglobulins, bodybuilding branched chain amino acids, etc.
Our bodies can only use proteins and amino acids which have retained the benefits given to them by nature. At the molecular level, all biological life has as its organising principle geometric forms. We can call these geometric shapes Sacred Geometry as they’re life’s building blocks. With our own eyes we all can see this majesty when we look closer at snowflakes. Each snowflake is unique regarding its geometric expression… or a flower, with its precise petal pattern, unique to that specific flower. At the molecular level every amino acid has been created with its own sacred geometrical shape. If you heat it up, you damage it! Whenever a Whey Protein Powder says “Cold Processed”, they are not referring to the processing of the milk or the Whey prior to filtration. The milk is first sterilised at 161 degrees for 15 to 20 seconds. Once the Whey is separated from the milk, it is again sterilised with heat at 161 degrees for 15 to 20 seconds. This of course bends and twists the amino acids and proteins into shapes the body cannot use. It is called denatured (to deprive of natural qualities). These denatured proteins and amino acids are toxic to the body and will force the body to work overtime excreting them via the liver and kidneys. “Cold Processed” refers to the filtration done after the milk and Whey have been sterilised. Filtration to remove fat and lactose can be done with or without heat. If done without heat is it called “Cold Filtered Processed”. But be aware! Unscrupulous marketers are removing the word filtered and calling it “Cold Processed”. Heat sterilised dairy is a tragedy. Heat sterilised dairy robs many consumers of their health. There are many people that do not tolerate this kind of denatured, damaged Whey.
